Speedway Games is an independent studio developing and publishing games only on Roblox. We have over 3.1 billion visits to our games and more than 26+ million monthly active users. Our flagship game is Vehicle Legends, a top driving game on the platform for the last 5+ years, which features officially licensed vehicles from major automakers.
We have an established track record working with top car brands within our game Vehicle Legends, and have recently inked a long-term deal with a a leading global toy & entertainment company, serving as the beginning of expanding our offering to new categories, which is where you come in.
We are seeking an ambitious individual that's ready to build our brand partnerships functions. The Brand Partnerships Manager will collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to create and sell compelling campaigns, activations, and other innovative solutions to potential advertisers, to drive revenue across our titles. This role will be at the forefront of establishing the output of our brand partnerships offering.
Key Responsibilities:Partnership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Speedway Games’ brand and licensing partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of royalty reports, submissions, and approvals.
- Act as a trusted partner to licensors and brands, maintaining clear communication and long-term goodwill.
New Business & Brand Integrations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for integrated brand partnerships across our games.
- Develop creative concepts and pitch decks that align brand objectives with in-game activations.
- Proactively reach out to brands and agencies, building a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Identify upsell or renewal opportunities with current partners.
Campaign & Activation Oversight
- Manage the full lifecycle of brand activations: from pitch, to negotiation, to in-game execution, to reporting.
- Coordinate closely with internal development and creative teams to ensure activations are delivered on time and to spec.
- Monitor campaign performance and report results to clients/licensors.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay on top of trends in gaming, licensing, and UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, etc.).
- Track competitor activations and market dynamics to inform Speedway Games' brand strategy.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, licensing, or integrated marketing, with at least part of that in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success negotiating and executing brand integrations or licensing agreements (preferably in gaming, digital entertainment, or related media).
- Strong network of brand and agency contacts, with the ability to open doors and drive new opportunities.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills at both senior and working levels.
- Highly skilled at storytelling, pitching, and presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of how brands engage with Gen Z/Gen Alpha audiences.
- Strategic thinker who can balance vision and execution — from developing the pitch to ensuring activations are delivered flawlessly.
- Knowledge of UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft) or broader gaming ecosystem is strongly preferred.
