Our flagship game is Vehicle Legends, a top driving game on the platform for the last 5+ years, which features officially licensed vehicles from major automakers.
We are seeking a
Senior Game Producer to drive execution across our portfolio of live and in-development titles. As producer, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, artists, QA, marketing, external partners, and so on to ensure projects are well-planned, on schedule, and delivered to a high standard. You’ll own the production pipeline, guide day-to-day priorities, and keep teams focused on delivering impactful content for millions of players worldwide.
Responsibilities
Production Leadership: Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a cross-disciplinary team, working hands-on with artists, programmers, QA, and marketing.
Project Management: Maintain tasks in Asana, prioritize, schedule, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.
Live Operations: Own the release process for weekly game updates and ensure live games are stable, engaging, and meeting KPIs.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring blockers are addressed early.
Analytics & Reporting: Compile analytics for internal review, monitor high-level metrics to ensure games are performing as expected.
Community & QA Coordination: Track and prioritize bug reports, collaborate with QA to maintain quality, and surface key community sentiment to the team.
Marketing Support: Partner with marketing to update game page assets (icons, thumbnails, names) and ensure timely updates.
Design Partnership: Provide feedback on design documents based on feasibility, resources, and platform knowledge.
Competitive Awareness: Monitor competitor titles and evolving trends on Roblox and in wider F2P gaming.
Continuous Improvement: Review team processes regularly and recommend improvements to efficiency, communication, and workflow.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a game producer, ideally in live-service or F2P games.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving projects from planning to release.
- Strong knowledge of production best practices and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1 or above).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Roblox or other UGC platforms.
- Experience shipping or managing a driving/car game.
- Background in managing live-service titles, including regular content updates.
- Familiarity with launching games and overseeing the full development lifecycle.
- Experience managing fully remote teams.
