Integrated Marketing Sales Manager

Speedway Games is an independent studio developing and publishing games only on Roblox. We have over 2.2 billion visits to our games and more than 26+ million monthly active users. Our top game is Vehicle Legends, a top driving game on the platform for the last 4+ years, which features officially licensed vehicles. We currently own 5 games and see peaks of over 60,000 concurrent players.

We have an established licensing program & track record working with top car brands within our game Vehicle Legends, many of which have not launched yet, and are looking to expand our offering to new categories in some of our other games, which is where you come in.

We are seeking an ambitious individual that's ready to build our integrated marketing functions essentially from scratch. The Integrated Marketing Sales Manager will collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to create and sell compelling campaigns, activations, and other innovative solutions to potential advertisers. As part of our overall marketing efforts, we will partner with consumer brands to drive revenue across our titles. This role will be at the forefront of establishing the output of our emerging integrated marketing offering.

The Integrated Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and selling advertising packages that support brands’ growing demand for scalable solutions on the Roblox platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize advertising revenue.

  • Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Develop advertising solutions and custom content opportunities both proactively and in response to client RFPs.

  • Develop highly effective narratives and sales materials that highlight advertiser benefits and opportunities.

  • Become an expert in our games and capabilities to best package effective solutions around key cultural and high-impact advertiser moments.

  • Work with internal development teams and external production partners to proactively propose custom opportunities. For example: integrations, branded content, social content, experiential activations.

  • Vet custom opportunities through internal stakeholders for approval.

  • Manage the integration process, including tracking and reporting on performance metrics.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully selling/negotiating advertising deals within video games, entertainment/media, advertising, or related industry.

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results under stringent timelines.

  • Resourceful in seeking out information about Roblox marketing and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, adept at synthesizing and insights into compelling narratives.

  • Strong understanding of the creative process, from inception through production and execution

  • Track record of expanding content offerings across video games, TV, social, or digital.

  • High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. Passionate and curious about marketing, brands, and entertainment

  • Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly and accurately.

  • Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge.
