We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our partnerships and vehicle licensing program, tracking royalties, and completing royalty statements. You will also be responsible for overseeing key finance and operations processes, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, contributing to the month-end process, and handling sales data management and reporting.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our partnerships and vehicle licensing program, tracking royalties, and completing royalty statements. You will also be responsible for overseeing key finance and operations processes, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, contributing to the month-end process, and handling sales data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish finance best practices in the company from scratch.
- Track and manage royalties for licensing agreements.
- Prepare and complete royalty statements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Contribute to the month-end financial closing process by preparing journal entries and reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain and update sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Other finance and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance administration role, preferably with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Proficiency with Quickbooks and accounting software.
- Understanding of finance/accounting in US based companies.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Experience working in the video game industry or a similar creative environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
