Senior Game Producer

Speedway Games is an independent studio developing and publishing games only on Roblox. We have over 2.2 billion visits to our games and more than 26+ million monthly active users. Our top game is Vehicle Legends, a top driving game on the platform for the last 4+ years, which features officially licensed vehicles. We currently own 5 games and see peaks of over 60,000 concurrent players.

At our company, game producers are responsible for day to day game development operations, update releases, working closely with product managers, and more to ensure we create the most enjoyable games of upmost quality.

We are looking for a game producer to join our roleplay games division working on Seaside RP, which is one of Roblox's top roleplaying games, as well as upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage release processes for Roblox games: coordinate & publish game updates, prepare game screenshots, create release notes, review user feedback, and more


• Oversee a cross-disciplinary team of 10+ members


• Prioritize the product roadmap according to the company business strategy


• Monitor project KPIs


• Ensure updates and the game are of upmost quality


• QA tester management: Direct testers on what to test to ensure a good experience for players

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working as a Game Producer or in a leadership role in the game industry


• Experience managing a team of 10+ team members


• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines


• Experience with Asana for task management and bug tracking, or similar project management tools


• Good understanding: Level design, art and UI


• Good verbal and written English(at least C1)


• Highly collaborative and a good motivator, with concise communication skills (written and verbal)


• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ready to learn/adapt to the quirks of Roblox

Good to have:

• Experience in the Roblox ecosystem


• Have worked on social/roleplaying games


• Involved in the release of at least 1 new game in a leadership capacity
